Scotty Rogers is the owner and operator for Balsam Mountain Grading since 2019. Scotty has over fifteen years of experience in operating heavy equipment, with extensive knowledge of erosion control, driveway maintenance, lot mowing/clearing, house pads, gravel delivery, retaining walls, drainage and ditch services as well as septic installation and repairs.
